Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund and Rescheduling: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.

  2. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued, and rescheduling will not be possible. To secure a new appointment, you will need to rebook your consultation and pay for the service once again, so please:
    LET US KNOW IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
