Recordings are retained for 120 days following your session; requests made after that window cannot be fulfilled.

• Recordings are stored securely and confidentially for 120 days, then permanently deleted

• Recordings are never reproduced, distributed or shared with any third party. Access to your own recording is available exclusively through The Session Archive

• The written mini-report is the deliverable of this booking; the recording and the narrated audio are optional additions and are not included in the base price

• All sales are final — this session is non-refundable. Store credit may be applied

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

• No-shows require a new booking at full price
